These terms cover your use of Art & I. By making an account or using the site, you agree to them. Our privacy page explains what we do with your information.

Listings

We check show dates, venues and links against the venues’ own websites. Things still change: shows extend, close early, or move. Confirm with the venue before you travel or buy tickets. Ticket, hotel and restaurant links go to other sites, which have their own terms.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is posted from your account. You must be at least 13 to make one.

What you post

You own your reviews, comments and photos. By posting them publicly you let Art & I show them on the site. Only post photos you took or have the right to share.

Please do not post anything that is:

• harassing, hateful or threatening;
• false about a real person or venue;
• spam or advertising;
• someone else’s work or personal information without their permission.

We may remove posts, or close accounts, that break these rules.

Reminders

Reminders by email or text are a free convenience. We try hard to send them on time, but we cannot promise every one will arrive. You can switch them off at any time.

The usual fine print

Art & I is provided as it is, free of charge. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from relying on a listing, from a missed reminder, or from what other members post. We may change or stop parts of the site, and we may update these terms; if a change matters, we will say so on the site.
